Dell Smoke

The Dell Smoke is a midrange smartphone that is run by Android 2.2 Froyo software. It powered by a Qualcomm MSM7239 processor running at 800MHz with 256MB of RAM. It has a 2.8-inch QVGA touch display with a full QWERTY layout which Dell hopes will appeal to business users that require a lot of emailing, texting and access to documents.

The Dell Smoke also features a 5 megapixel autofocus camera, 14.4Mbps HSPA, a microSD expansion slot for up to 32GB cards, WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth 2.1 EDR, and a dual-microphone with noise cancelling technology. Apearance wise it is said to resemble a Palm Pixi and is only about 12mm thick. It was formally announced April 21, 2010 and will be available in Q2 of 2011 at an affordable price.
