General Mobile Touch Stone

The General Mobile Touch Stone is a touchscreen Smart Phone modelled after the popular HTC HD2 that runs on Google's Android 2.0 "Eclair" OS. In addition to looking aesthetically similar, the Touch Stone also includes a number of other features seen in the HD2.

These include a 5-megapixel camera, a 4.3" high-resolution WGVA dislay, and a built-in GPS unit. One feature that will remain native to the Touch Stone is an optional analog TV tuner, which allows the user to stream live Television onto the phone free or charge. This phone is intended to appeal to fans of the HD2 who prefer Android over Windows Mobile, and are looking for a step-down in price.
