Product Shot 1The HTC S630 is a mid-range smartphone, enabled for the 3G network and also known as the HTC Cavalier. Its features are very similar to the earlier S620, the main difference being the 3G connectivity. The S630 has a 2.4"-diagonal display with 65k colors, and uses a full QWERTY keypad and touch-sensitive navigation bar for one-handed use.

The S630 uses Windows Mobile 6.0 Standard as an operating system. It has a 2.0-megapixel digital camera with video capture, an mp3 and video player, and PocketOffice document viewer and editor. It has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth wireless connectivity and uses PocketIE Internet browser. The S630 has high-speed data transfer over HSDPA, and a faster processor than the S620, at 400MHz. Its internal memory is the same, at 64MB RAM and 128MB ROM, with expansion using microSD cards. Its expected battery life is around 6 hours per charge.
