Product Shot 1The HTC S730 is a higher-level smartphone enabled for the 3G network. It builds on the earlier S710, and features a faster processor at 400MHz, and has faster data transfer. It has an automatic horizontal sliding keypad, and 2.4"-diagonal display.

The frame is supposed to be more compact than competitors' smartphones because of the sliding keypad design. It uses Windows Mobile 6.0 Standard, which includes PocketOffice document viewer/editor, PocketIE Internet browser, and Microsoft Outlook email client. The S730 also has an mp3 and video player, 2.0-megapixel digital camera, and secondary VGA videocalling camera. It has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth wireless connectivity, and an internal flash memory capacity of 256MB, expandable with microSD card. Expected battery life is around 6 hours of talk time per charge.
