The i-mate Ultimate 8150 is a high-end smartphone, enabled for the 3G network, and designed for business use. It has a 2.6"-diagonal touchscreen with 65k colors, and comes with a stylus and handwriting recognition.

It is supposed to be fast, and features a 520MHz processor, 128MB of RAM and 256MB ROM. It has both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi wireless connectivity, as well as a 2.0-megapixel digital camera with video capture. It has an mp3 player, video player and FM radio receiver. The 8150 uses Windows Mobile 6.0 as an operating system, and uses PocketIE for Internet browsing and PocketOffice for document viewing and editing. Other features include secondary VGA camera for videocalling, TV-out, file management application and microSD card slot to expand. The Ultimate 8150 is very similar to the Ultimate 6150, with a slightly smaller screen and different frame styling.
