The Nokia N86 is a forthcoming high-end sliding smartphone. It receives quad-band frequencies on 2G networks and tri-band on the 3G network. Its screen is LED-lit and displays 16 million colors. The N86's highlights are its 8.0-megapixel digital camera with 28mm Carl Zeiss lens, autofocus and dual-LED flash, as well as its large, 8GB internal storage capacity.

The camera is also capable of 30 fps video capture. The N86 has a two-way sliding frame, compatibility with N-Gage games and dedicated gaming keys, GPS receiver and Nokia Maps application. The GPS receiver also automaticall geotages any photos taken. Other features include Flash player, kickstand, digital compass, mp3/MPEG4 player, stereo FM radio and FM transmitter.
