Product Shot 1 The Pros:Menu navigation is very easy, everything is logical and intuitive. Email interface is excellent, lots of options and very fast. Sharper corners, nice angles and an overall sleek design.

RIM's BlackBerry 8820 is a quad band smartphone that builds upon the features of the 8700 series. It features a slightly more compact frame than previous BlackBerry models, and still tries to fill the role of a personal digital assistant/phone combination.

New features include a media player, a built-in GPS receiver with included BlackBerry Maps, and a trackball above the keypad instead of the older side-mounted trackwheel for navigation.
