The Samsung i600 is mid-range a 3G-enabled smarthpone. It has a full QWERTY keypad with side-mounted thumbwheel, and a large, 2.3"-diagonal 65k-color display. It uses the Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system, and comes with Pocket Office to view and edit Word, Excel, PowePoint and PDF documents.

It has a 1.3-megapixel digital camera with video capture, as well as a secondary VGA camera to use for video calling. It allows SMS, MMS, email and instant messaging, and includes an HTML browser and RSS feed subscription capabilities. It also has an mp3/mpeg4 player, Wi-Fi connectivity, and Bluetooth wireless. The i600 is analagous to smartphones like RIM's BlackBerry 7000 series.
