The T-Mobile Pulse was the first Android handset to be available as PAYG in Europe and America. It's feature-set is broadly identical to other 1st generation Android phones (e.g. the HTC T-Mobile MyTouch), however it is sold at a considerably lower price.

Prior to it's make-over by T-Mobile it was known in China as the Huawei 8220, a phone originally built to bring Android to the Chinese domestic market.
